We are pleased to be able to offer an upgrade to your existing wireless router as part of our commitment to ensure that you are able to enjoy the best internet experience.
We have partnered with Plume to offer their Superpod wireless routers along with the Homepass app to offer an enhanced wireless experience.
We are offering every Purefibre customer, that currently does not have a Plume device, one free Plume Superpod and free membership for the Homepass app.
Should you be interested in taking up this offer, please book your engineer visit here and we will arrange for our engineer to deliver and install your Superpod, remove your old router and help you set up your Homepass app.

Pure fibre :- always a job well down. An excellent company who provides a very reliable, courteous service …… and you can actually speak to a real person when you phone their helpline! So refreshing ! Their technical engineers are also very polite and helpful when they have visited my house for a router upgrade, which was easy to book and they even sent an apology to his 20 minute delay due to traffic/ Road works in my town.
